TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to StopX™ ("Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform (StopX).
By creating an account or using StopX™, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform.
By registering, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- All information provided is accurate.
- You are legally permitted to use the Platform under the laws applicable to you.
- You are acting on your own behalf.
The Company may request identity verification at any time.
2. Account Registration
Each user may maintain only one personal account unless expressly authorized.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your password secure;
- maintaining accurate account information;
- all activity performed through your account.
Accounts may not be transferred, sold, shared or assigned.
3. Restricted Jurisdictions
StopX™ may not be available in every country, state or territory.
The Company reserves the right to restrict, suspend or deny access to users located in jurisdictions where the Platform cannot or should not be offered.
Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that accessing the Platform is lawful where they reside.
4. Internal Wallet
Each account includes an internal Wallet.
Your Wallet records:
- deposits;
- gameplay entries;
- prizes;
- affiliate commissions;
- withdrawals;
- adjustments.
Wallet balances are not bank deposits and do not generate interest.
5. Deposits
Users may fund their Wallet using payment methods accepted by the Platform.
The Company may establish minimum and maximum deposit limits.
Deposits become available after successful payment authorization.
Fraudulent or unauthorized payments may result in account suspension.
6. Withdrawals
Users may request withdrawals of their available Wallet balance at any time.
Withdrawals are subject to:
- identity verification;
- fraud prevention checks;
- payment provider approval;
- applicable legal obligations.
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 3 to 7 business days, although additional verification may extend this period.
The Company reserves the right to temporarily delay withdrawals where necessary to investigate suspicious activity.
7. Gameplay
The Platform allows users to participate in skill-based games and competitions.
Official Game Rules are published separately and form an integral part of these Terms.
Participation in any game constitutes acceptance of those rules.
8. Rankings
Scores obtained during gameplay determine a user's position within the Platform rankings.
Rankings are updated automatically.
The Company reserves the right to correct rankings affected by technical errors or fraudulent activity.
9. Prizes
Eligible users may receive prizes according to the Official Game Rules.
Prize distribution is determined exclusively under those rules.
The Company may withhold or cancel prizes obtained through:
- cheating;
- fraud;
- multiple accounts;
- software manipulation;
- any breach of these Terms.
10. Affiliate Program
Users may participate in the StopX™ Affiliate Program subject to the Affiliate Terms.
Affiliate commissions may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.
Fraudulent referrals result in immediate removal from the program.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- create multiple accounts;
- impersonate another person;
- manipulate rankings;
- exploit software bugs;
- reverse engineer the Platform;
- use bots, scripts or automation;
- interfere with Platform operations;
- engage in fraudulent activity;
- abuse promotions;
- submit false information.
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.
12. Fair Play
StopX™ is committed to maintaining a fair competitive environment.
The Company may investigate any activity that could compromise competition integrity.
Users agree to cooperate with any reasonable investigation.
13. Identity Verification (KYC)
The Company may require identity verification before:
- processing withdrawals;
- awarding significant prizes;
- restoring account access;
- investigating suspicious activity.
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delays or account restrictions.
14. Anti-Fraud
The Company actively monitors transactions and gameplay for fraud.
Accounts may be reviewed if unusual activity is detected.
Examples include:
- payment fraud;
- chargeback abuse;
- account sharing;
- identity fraud;
- suspicious gameplay patterns.
15. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, including software, logos, trademarks, graphics, rankings, interfaces and text, remains the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.
No rights are transferred to users except the limited right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
16. Account Suspension
The Company may suspend or terminate any account where it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated.
Suspension may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the Platform or other users.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
18. Modifications
The Company may modify these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be published on the Platform.
Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws determined by the Company for the operation of the Platform, subject to applicable mandatory legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
