These Official Game Rules ("Rules") govern participation in all games available on StopX™ and form part of the StopX™ Terms & Conditions. By participating in any game, you agree to these Rules.
1. Objective
Players compete to obtain the highest possible score in each game. Scores determine each player's position on the live leaderboard.
2. Entry
Participation requires a valid StopX™ account. Each game requires the applicable entry fee displayed before participation. Entry fees are deducted from the player's Wallet before the game begins.
3. Gameplay
Each game follows the mechanics presented to the player before participation. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of the selected game before starting. Once a game begins, it cannot be restarted or cancelled except where a technical malfunction occurs.
4. Leaderboard
All eligible scores are automatically submitted to the Platform leaderboard. The leaderboard is updated continuously. The Company reserves the right to remove invalid scores resulting from: technical errors; cheating; exploits; fraudulent activity; violations of the Terms & Conditions.
5. Prizes
Prize amounts, prize positions and distribution methods are displayed within the Platform. Only eligible players appearing in the final validated leaderboard may receive prizes. Prize values may vary depending on the specific competition.
6. Prize Validation
Before prizes are paid, the Company may perform validation checks including: gameplay review; fraud detection; account verification; identity verification; payment verification. If irregularities are detected, the prize may be delayed, adjusted or cancelled.
7. Technical Issues
If a technical malfunction materially affects gameplay, the Company may: void the affected game; refund the entry fee; repeat the competition; apply another fair solution considered appropriate. The Company's decision shall be final.
8. Fair Competition
Players must compete fairly at all times. The following are strictly prohibited: bots; automation; scripts; modified software; exploiting bugs; account sharing; multiple accounts; collusion between players; intentionally manipulating rankings.
9. Investigations
The Company may investigate any gameplay considered suspicious. During an investigation, prizes and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. Players agree to cooperate with reasonable requests for information.
10. Disqualification
The Company may disqualify any player who: violates these Rules; violates the Terms & Conditions; attempts to manipulate gameplay; engages in fraudulent conduct; abuses Platform features. Disqualified players may lose prizes, rankings and account access.
11. Final Decisions
To preserve the integrity of the Platform, the Company reserves the right to make final decisions regarding: score validation; ranking corrections; prize eligibility; technical incidents; rule interpretation. Such decisions shall be made reasonably and in good faith.
12. Rule Updates
These Rules may be updated from time to time. The latest version published on StopX™ shall apply to future competitions. By participating in any competition on StopX™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Official Game Rules.
