Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the StopX™ Affiliate Program and form part of the StopX™ Terms & Conditions.

By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

• Hold a valid StopX™ account.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate account information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

Participation is subject to approval by the Company.

2. Affiliate Link & Code

Approved affiliates will receive a unique referral link and/or referral code.

The referral code is personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared for fraudulent purposes.

3. Affiliate Commission

Affiliates may receive commissions for qualifying users referred through their unique referral link or code.

Commission rates are determined by StopX™ and may be updated from time to time.

Current commission rates are displayed within the Affiliate Dashboard.

4. Qualifying Referrals

A referral qualifies only if:

• the user registers using the affiliate's link or code;
• the account is genuine;
• the user complies with the StopX™ Terms;
• the account is not fraudulent, duplicated or abusive.

The Company has sole discretion in determining whether a referral is valid.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates must not:

• create fake accounts;
• refer themselves;
• use bots or automated traffic;
• purchase fraudulent traffic;
• impersonate StopX™;
• use misleading or deceptive advertising;
• send spam;
• violate any applicable law;
• encourage abuse of the Platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the program.

6. Promotional Content

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional content is truthful and does not misrepresent StopX™.

Affiliates may not make guarantees regarding winnings, earnings or financial outcomes.

7. Commission Payments

Approved commissions are credited to the affiliate's Wallet.

Withdrawals are subject to the same verification procedures applicable to all Platform users.

The Company may temporarily withhold commissions while investigating suspicious activity.

8. Fraud Prevention

The Company actively monitors affiliate activity.

Commissions generated through fraud, abuse or manipulation may be cancelled.

The Company reserves the right to recover commissions previously credited where fraud is subsequently identified.

9. Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to commissions received through the Affiliate Program.

10. Suspension & Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time where:

• these Terms are violated;
• fraud is suspected;
• required information is not provided;
• participation creates legal or commercial risk.

Termination of the Affiliate Program does not affect commissions already approved before termination, unless fraud is identified.

11. Changes

The Company may modify the Affiliate Program, including commission rates, eligibility requirements and payment procedures, at any time.

Updated terms will be published on the Platform.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By participating in the StopX™ Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Affiliate Program Terms.
